What's a credit?
What Snip's work costs. A clip is 100 credits, a thumbnail 100 (80 for each extra one made together, 50 from your own idea, 50 for another variation of one), the page video 200.
What if Snip can't make something?
Its credits come back by themselves.
Do credits expire?
Your plan's credits reset each month, so unused ones don't carry over. Credits from packs never expire.
Who pays for the Roblox ads?
You do: Roblox charges you directly, up to the monthly limit you set, from $30. Snip runs the ads and tests your thumbnails in them.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in one click. Your plan runs to the end of what you paid for, and credits from packs stay yours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of a payment, we refund what you haven't used.
Who handles my card?
Paddle, which sells ClipClip for us and sends your receipt. We never see your card.
